*ST Yabo announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fukai, has received the bid information for the EPC general contracting of the 200MW/400MWh energy storage power station project in Xigang Town, Tengzhou City, and has signed an "Engineering EPC General Contract" with Zhongneng Gujing, with a provisional total price of 194 million yuan, accounting for 66.19% of the company's audited operating income in 2025. The final settlement will be based on the actual installed capacity at a unit price of 0.97 yuan/Wh. The project is scheduled to start on June 16, 2026, and be completed on December 13, 2026.
