After this reduction, Jie Minyu holds 8,061,400 shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company. This change in equity is to fulfill the previously disclosed plan to reduce shareholding, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. As of the date of the announcement, the reduction plan has not been completed.
