Honor Electronics announcement: The 16th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors held on June 17, 2026 approved the acquisition of a controlling stake in its subsidiaries, Honor Magnetic and Honor Hengxin, and related transactions. Ms. Chen Siming transferred all of her 49,800 shares in Honor Magnetic and 200,000 shares in Honor Hengxin to Honor Electronics at prices of 3.6986 million RMB and 3.872 million RMB respectively. After the transaction, Honor Electronics' ownership in Honor Magnetic and Honor Hengxin increased to 56.0364% and 63.50% respectively.
