According to the financial app of Securities Times, in order to regulate the subsidy behavior of food delivery platforms, the State Administration for Market Regulation, based on the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, after widely soliciting opinions from all parties, strengthening research and demonstration, drafted and formulated the "Ten Regulations on Subsidy Behavior of Food Delivery Platforms (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)", and will accept public comments from now until July 17th.
