June 17th: The "agricultural product wholesale price index" decreased by 0.10 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on June 17, the "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products (WPI) 200" was 112.72, a decrease of 0.10 points from yesterday, while the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 112.66, a decrease of 0.10 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average wholesale price of pork in national agricultural product wholesale markets was 14.75 yuan/kg, up 1.2% from yesterday; beef was 66.65 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday; mutton was 64.25 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday; eggs were 10.53 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday; and chicken breast was 17.09 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.33 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from yesterday; and the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.44 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday. The price of crucian carp was 20.16 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday; carp was 14.41 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday; white carp was 10.48 yuan/kg, up 1.9% from yesterday; and largehead hairtail was 40.81 yuan/kg, down 1.3% from yesterday. In today's domestic fresh agricultural product wholesale market, among the 46 varieties monitored, the top five in terms of price increase compared to yesterday are tomatoes, lotus root, pineapple, green onion, and cucumber, with increases of 3.5%, 3.2%, 2.8%, 2.1%, and 2.1% respectively; the top five in terms of price decrease are shiitake mushrooms, largehead hairtail, carp, eggs, and pumpkin, with decreases of 2.0%, 1.3%, 1.2%, 1.2%, and 0.8% respectively.
