Among them, a residential plot of land in Wuzhong Economic Development Zone was won by Suzhou Tianhong Weiyi Land Co., Ltd. at a bid price of 708 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 13,500 yuan/square meter; a residential plot of land in Wuzhong District was won by Suzhou Wucheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. at a bid price of 402 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 12,500 yuan/square meter.
