Zhu Hexin: Will soon introduce new "package" incremental policies

At the opening ceremony of the 2026 Lujiazui Forum, Zhu Hexin, Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, stated that in the near future, a new "comprehensive" incremental policy will be launched, comprehensively reforming FDI cross-border policies, further streamlining ODI, foreign debt and other exchange management, optimizing foreign exchange loans, cross-border equity incentive systems, and issuing a new batch of QDII quotas.
