The company was established in December 1993 with a registered capital of approximately 490 million yuan. Its business scope includes food production, food sales, and food additive production, with shares held by Sichuan Chengdu Shuijingfang Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Central Clearing Limited, Qiu Weimin, and others.
