Equatorial Guinea Vice President Mang said on the evening of the 16th on social media that the Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea, Manuel Osa Nsu Nsue, submitted the collective resignation of all cabinet members to the President that day. Mang stated that an evaluation confirmed that the completion rate of the government's established goals barely reached 10%. He said, "The country has allocated a large amount of human, material, and financial resources to meet the needs of the people, but the current level of implementation is far from expectations and commitments made." Mang stated that Equatorial Guinea needs a more dynamic, efficient, and responsive executive institution that is closer to the needs of the people.
