According to Securities Times, reporters learned from China Unicom that recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Hebei Province, together with the Hebei Branch of China Unicom, launched the Jing-Jin-Ji Public Computing Power Service Platform. The platform aims to address the pain points of demand for computing power: difficulty in finding computing power, high cost of purchasing computing power, and complexity in using computing power. It provides a unified portal for online selection and purchase of a full range of computing power products, achieving activation within minutes. AI startups, medical institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, and others can obtain flexible, low-cost computing power resources on demand, truly achieving "instant use like water and electricity". In addition to computing power resources, the platform's unique "Model Plaza" brings together language models, multimodal models, and industry-specific models, supporting one-stop convenient access and real-time comparison of models. It adopts a word-element pricing model and provides word-element purchasing services, making AI capabilities easily accessible.
