According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Hefei Weirui Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yin Hang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies in the electricity industry, solar power technology services, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, and energy storage technology services. Through the equity penetration of QiChaCha, it is shown that the company is jointly owned by Anhui Chery Green Energy Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Hanwei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., both subsidiaries of Chery.
