Zhongfutong Announcement: Based on the company's development strategy, the subsidiary Yingboda plans to jointly invest with Him Semiconductor, Suoyingjiaye, and Xuhang Venture to establish Shili Technology. Shili Technology has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, with Yingboda holding 51%, Xuhang Venture holding 21%, Him Semiconductor holding 15%, and Suoyingjiaye holding 13%. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and still needs to be submitted for shareholder approval.
