Toread: Partial Pledge of Controlling Shareholders' Shares and Release of Pledge

Te Rui De announced that its controlling shareholder, De Rui Investment, recently pledged and released a portion of the company's shares it holds. This time, 29 million shares were pledged, accounting for 8.70% of its shareholding, and 2.75% of the company's total share capital, for the purpose of replacing previous financing; and 40 million shares were released, accounting for 12.00% of its shareholding, and 3.79% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, De Rui Investment has pledged a total of 120 million shares, accounting for 36.04% of its total shareholding in the company, and 11.38% of the company's total share capital. Currently, the overall pledge risk of the controlling shareholder is under control.
