Friendship Time (06820.HK) subscribes to a principal-protected structured deposit.

The Zhitong Finance APP announced that during the period from June 2, 2026 to June 15, 2026, Friendship Time (06820.HK) and Qinyou Network and Friendship Time Technology (both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) entered into four structured deposit agreements with Zhejiang Commercial Bank's Suzhou High-tech Zone Branch. According to this, Qinyou Network and Friendship Time Technology subscribed to guaranteed floating income type closed-end structured deposits with amounts of RMB 18 million, RMB 20 million, RMB 30 million, and RMB 30 million respectively, totaling RMB 98 million.
