After the occurrence of this case, our county attached great importance to it and has established an investigation team composed of the County Discipline Inspection Commission, Supervision Commission, County Public Security Bureau, and other departments to investigate and verify the relevant situation. As of now, Wang Lei, the former party secretary and director of the County Market Supervision Administration, and Zhang Xing, the squad leader of the Third Brigade of the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of the County Market Supervision Administration, have been placed under house arrest and are currently under trial. The work of handling other illegal persons involved in the case and the confiscated goods is also proceeding simultaneously.
