CnTechFinance APP news, and Bo Pharma-B (02142) announced that a jury in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware in the United States has ruled in favor of the group member company Harbour Antibodies BV (and other related plaintiffs, "Harbour Antibodies") in the patent infringement lawsuit initially brought against Juno Therapeutics and its affiliate Teneobio, Inc. (collectively "Juno") in 2021. The lawsuit involved multiple patents protecting the group's antibody discovery platform, which is based on a groundbreaking invention by one of the founders of Harbour Antibodies, Professor Frank Grosveld (individually and collectively referred to as "Grosveld Patents").
