Wisdom Financial News App, Rayleigh Capital Management (01835.HK) announced that on June 15, 2026 (before the trading session), the company intends to acquire approximately 16.99% of the capital commitments of Ningbo Chentao Fund and approximately 44.12% of the capital commitments of Jiaxing Sinuo Fund from Mr. Liu Kun and Ms. Liu Dongmei respectively, for a consideration of 25 million yuan and 15 million yuan respectively.
