Currently, several meteorological agencies have issued extreme weather alerts for this World Cup. Analysis from the "Climate Center" shows that out of 104 matches, 97 may encounter high temperatures exceeding 28 degrees Celsius. The Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WGBT) is an important indicator for assessing the impact of temperature on the human body. When the WGBT exceeds 28 degrees Celsius, players' performance may decline, becoming one of the factors affecting the quality of the matches. The "World Climate Attribution Alliance" has also warned that due to global warming, about a quarter of the matches in this World Cup may experience oppressive heat, with players and fans facing higher risks of high temperatures than in the 1994 World Cup. In early June, the World Meteorological Organization's forecast shows that there is a high probability of continued global warming between 2026 and 2030, with 2026 likely to break the record set in 2024 and become the hottest year on record globally.
