Forest Packaging announced that the company will hold its first interim shareholders' meeting of 2026 at 1:30 pm on June 30, 2026, at the first floor meeting room of the Dayangcheng Industrial Zone Company in Daxi Town, Wenling City. The meeting will be a combination of on-site voting and online voting, with the online voting system being the Shanghai Stock Exchange Shareholders' Meeting Online Voting System. The meeting will review the election of four non-independent directors and three independent directors for the fourth board of directors. The equity registration date is June 24, 2026, and on-site registration will be available on June 29 from 9:00-11:00 and 14:00-17:00.
