The yellow alert for heavy rain continues, the Ministry of Transport maintains a Level 3 response to strong rainfall.

On June 14, the Ministry of Transport held video conferences with transportation authorities in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces, as well as maritime authorities in Guangdong and Guangxi. They were instructed to remain highly vigilant, closely monitor areas with heavy rainfall and high risks of continuous rainfall, strengthen dispatch, improve work mechanisms, ensure responsibilities are clearly defined, and urge the implementation of proactive defense measures such as "response, patrol, and control" to prevent major accidents. They were also asked to effectively carry out prevention and response work for continuous rainfall, implement inspection and patrol measures, and ensure that pre-positioned resources and proactive control measures are in place. The Ministry of Transport will adjust defense response levels according to changes in heavy rain warnings in a timely manner.
