Geely Holding Group Chairman Li Shufu stated at the 2026 China Automotive Chongqing Forum that in the future, they will further implement the five strategic pillars under the Taizhou Declaration framework and further clarify the relationship between Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and Geely Automobile Holdings Limited. He also revealed that they will orderly close and transfer the redundant entities of Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd., concentrate advantageous resources, strengthen Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, and thereby build a modern corporate operation system with a clearer governance structure, more explicit rights and responsibilities, efficient operation, and worldwide compliance.
