On June 13, CMB Schroder Fund announced that former chairman Zhang Hongliang has reached retirement age and has stepped down from frontline management positions in accordance with internal management regulations. He will no longer serve as a director or chairman, and the general manager of the company, Yuan Qingwei, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of chairman.
