The total investment of 6.45 billion yuan stainless steel project has been successfully launched in Ningde.

On June 11, the "Third Stainless Steel Industry Innovation and Development Conference in 2026" sponsored by the Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute under the guidance of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association was held in Fu'an City. During the conference, a signing ceremony for key industrial projects took place. Six projects with a total planned investment of 6.45 billion yuan were signed on site, covering areas such as titanium alloy materials, stainless steel processing, and new application products. It is reported that once these projects are implemented in Ningde, they will further enhance the regional industrial chain layout and strengthen the development advantages of industrial clusters. Standardization construction was another highlight of the conference. At the event, the formulation of two national standards, "Dimensions, Shape Weight, and Permissible Deviation of Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Sheets and Strips" and "Dimensions, Shape Weight, and Permissible Deviation of Stainless Steel Hot Rolled Sheets and Strips," was officially initiated.
