Create zero carbon practice "FTA sample" The world's first ISO50100 certification landed in Xiamen.
On June 10th, the global first ISO50100 certification project achievement conference was held at the Xiamen Pilot Free Trade Zone Global Sustainable Development Innovation Center. During the conference, the British Standards Institution (BSI) awarded the first ISO50100 certification certificate in the world to Xiamen Xiangyu Smart Supply Chain Co., Ltd., marking a crucial step for Xiamen enterprises in benchmarking international standards and building green competitiveness. "ISO50100 is the world's first international standard specifically for energy decarbonization. Today, awarding the first certificate in the world in Xiamen signifies that we are moving from the traditional 'energy saving and consumption reduction' mode to a new stage of systematic, precise, quantifiable, and auditable 'decarbonization management,'" said Dr. Tatiana Schmollack-Tarasova, Managing Director of BSI Greater China. She also mentioned that this certificate is an important tool for achieving the "dual carbon" goal and a key step towards moving from high-level commitments to daily operations and substantial emission reduction in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.
