According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Yunnan Xingrun Zhiyan Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Long Zaiyi as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: artificial intelligence application software development; software development; virtual reality equipment manufacturing; and sales of smart unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly held by Bai Cheng Qian Fan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Runjian Stock, and Yunnan Century Huiming Group Co., Ltd.
