According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shanxi Hengsheng Xindingzhi Storage New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Jiang Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: energy storage technology services; solar power generation technology services; sales of solar thermal power generation equipment; leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment; and investment activities using its own funds. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jinshi Technology.
