Sihui Fushi announced on the morning of June 12th that the company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 11th, 2026, regarding the acceptance of the company's application to issue shares to specific objects. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has reviewed the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of A shares to specific objects, and deemed that the application documents are complete, and therefore decided to accept the application.
