Maotai of Guizhou: appointing Chen Hua as Chairman of the Board and hiring several senior executives.

Guizhou Maotai announced that at the first meeting of the fifth board of directors in 2026, Chen Hua was elected as the chairman, Wang Li was appointed as the acting general manager, Tu Huabin, Xiang Ping, Zhong Zhengqiang, and Zhang Xu as vice general managers, Yu Siming as the chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors. The meeting also reviewed and approved matters such as repurchasing and cancelling shares and handling business registration.
