According to the Wise Finance APP, as disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 11th, Anhui Huachuang Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huachuang Innovative Materials") has submitted an application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities as its exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Huachuang Innovative Materials is a leading technology enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of high-performance electrolytic copper foil products, including lithium battery copper foil and electronic circuit copper foil. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, based on projected shipments in 2025, the company is the world's third largest electrolytic copper foil producer, with a market share of approximately 5.4%.
