In terms of cultural tourism + commerce, expand commercial scenes, enrich diverse experiences. Promote the deep integration of urban core business districts and large-scale commercial complexes into cultural tourism elements, embed immersive experiential consumption in new scenes. In terms of cultural tourism + sports, expand event activities and foster event economy.
