On June 10, Standard & Poor's awarded a rating of "BBB+" for the long-term and "A-2" for the short-term foreign currency ratings to the $5.5 billion medium-term note program guaranteed by Guotai Haitong Securities Co. Ltd. (referred to as "Guotai Haitong" 02611.HK601211.SHBBB+/ Stable/A-2) and Guotai Haitong Financial Holdings Ltd. (referred to as "Guotai Haitong Financial Holdings" BBB+/ Stable/A-2).
