China Construction Bank (939) announced on Zhixin Finance APP that, with the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, the bank recently issued China Construction Bank Limited 2026 Tier 2 Capital Bonds (first tranche) on the national interbank bond market, and completed the issuance on June 9, 2026. The total amount of bonds issued in this period is RMB 60 billion, with a 10-year fixed rate bond, conditional redemption by the issuer at the end of the 5th year, and a coupon rate of 1.89%.
