ZhITong Finance News APP, OFILM Data (300738.SZ) has announced its 2026 employee stock ownership plan (draft), with the fundraising scale of the stock ownership plan not exceeding 50 million yuan (including financing funds), using "shares" as the subscription unit, with each share priced at 1.00 yuan, totaling no more than 50 million shares. It is planned to raise funds through legal ways allowed by asset management plans, trust plans, margin financing and securities lending, etc., with the ratio of self-raised funds to financing funds not exceeding 1:1 for participating entities.
