Shiyao Group: The Phase III study of the combination of Annuity Monoclonal Antibody and HB1801 for the first-line treatment of HER2-positive advanced breast cancer has reached the primary endpoint.

The announcement from the Shiyao Group stated that the joint phase III clinical study of trastuzumab developed by its subsidiary, Shanghai Jinmant Bio-Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Jiangsu Conno Jerry Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., combined with the injection of docetaxel independently developed by the group for the first-line treatment of HER2-positive advanced breast cancer has been evaluated by an independent data monitoring committee. The study successfully achieved the pre-determined primary endpoint of progression-free survival, with results showing significant statistical and clinical significance, as well as good safety.
