Han Jia Intelligent announced that recently, shareholder Tailian Zhixin, holding more than 5% of the shares, completed the pledge procedures for its 16,930,250 shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 7.50% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge started on June 8, 2026, and will expire on June 7, 2027. The pledgee is Wang Pengcheng, and the purpose of the pledge is for its own capital needs. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Tailian Zhixin has pledged a total of 16,930,250 shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 7.50% of the total share capital of the company.
