ASICS Arthur Group announces the split of its Onitsuka Tiger business.

On June 10, Japanese sports company ASICS Group announced that it has decided to split off the business related to the Onitsuka Tiger brand through an absorption-type company split, to be taken over by its wholly-owned subsidiary OT GROUP Corporation, effective January 1, 2027.
