ST Mingjiahu announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, there have been new developments in some of the previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases. For example, the case of the company suing Wuhu City Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. for a construction project contract dispute involving an amount of 20.792 million yuan will be heard in the first instance on June 12; there are two construction project contract disputes with the Foshan Chancheng District Urban Management Comprehensive Service Center, involving amounts of 8.7231 million yuan and 1.28 billion yuan respectively, and both have received notices of case acceptance. Some cases are still under review and have not yet issued final rulings, while resolved cases may affect the company's cash flow.
