Users should accurately describe the required permissions and purpose in the Skills, not request permissions beyond the functional scope, have transparent code logic without hidden behaviors or backdoors, and ensure that users can achieve the expected results as stated. Users are also required to respect the original works of others and not repost or plagiarize other people's Skills. The platform will continue to enhance its ability to identify risks associated with Skills; violating Skills will be removed, and serious offenders may have their developer publishing privileges restricted.
