According to the QiChaCha app, recently, NetEase Youdao Lingzhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Jin Lei as the legal representative, registered capital of 10 million yuan, and its business scope includes the sales of artificial intelligence hardware, development of artificial intelligence basic software, and development of artificial intelligence application software. Shareholding data from QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing NetEase Youdao Computer System Co., Ltd.
