New stock news| Jollibee, the parent company of the popular fast-food chain, Happy Bee Food, is considering listing its international business on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
According to the Wisdom Financial APP, it has been reported that due to the hot IPO market in Hong Kong, the parent company of Happy Bee Food (Jollibee Foods Corp., referred to as JFC) is considering changing the potential listing location of its international business from the United States to Hong Kong. Currently, Jollibee is working with advisors and planning to complete the listing by the end of next year. The plan to spin off Jollibee's international business is still in the preliminary stages and may be subject to change. In January of this year, Jollibee announced plans to spin off its international business and list it in the United States, with the aim of allowing the two separate businesses to focus more effectively.
