Its business scope includes conducting equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds. Shareholding information from Qichacha shows that the partnership enterprise is jointly held by Changxin Xinju Equity Investment Co., Ltd., Alibaba-affiliated Hangzhou Haoyue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and Zhongwei Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
