The country's first fully integrated surgical platform for implantable brain-machine interface has been put into operation.

According to Lianying Medical News, the Composite Operating Room Application Demonstration Center, led by Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Investment Limited Company, jointly built by Lianying Group, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College Affiliated Tongji Hospital, was officially opened at the Guanggu campus of Tongji Hospital. This project is the first national high-end composite operating demonstration platform in central China, and is also the first smart integrated operating platform in China specifically supporting the full technology path of implantable brain-machine interface.
