According to the Wise Wealth APP, on June 7th, Pan Zhiming, the general manager of Central Plains (Commercial premises), said that in May, Hong Kong's commercial property market recorded about 402 transactions, an increase of approximately 12.9% month-on-month and 39.1% year-on-year, reaching a new high since March 2023. The transaction amount recorded was about 38.09 billion Hong Kong dollars, a slight decrease of about 10.6% from the previous month, but an increase of about 32.8% year-on-year.
