The construction of the Ninghuai intercity railway has made new progress.

On the 7th, it was learned from China Railway Construction Corporation that with the accurate placement of the last prefabricated box girder, the box girder erection task of the Ninghuai Intercity Railway Section 3 project undertaken by China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the overall railway to achieve its goal of full line opening. According to the project manager of China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, the total length of the Ninghuai Intercity Railway Section 3 project is approximately 33.8 kilometers. The project construction involves crossing dense water networks, soft soil foundations, and areas with dense existing pipelines. During construction, the project team has built a smart girder yard and established a fully digital operating system throughout the process, effectively ensuring the quality and efficiency of the project. The design speed of the Ninghuai Intercity Railway is 350 kilometers per hour. After the entire line is completed and opened to traffic, it will achieve "1-hour access" from Huai'an to Nanjing.
