Sichuan: Strengthening the research and development of service-oriented manufacturing technology and standardization construction.

Sichuan recently issued the "Sichuan Province Action Plan for Deepening the Innovation and Development of Service-oriented Manufacturing," which emphasizes strengthening technological research and standardization in service-oriented manufacturing. It advocates for the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, guiding manufacturing enterprises to actively participate in national key common technology research in service-oriented manufacturing, and to break through and enhance common technologies such as integration research and design, collaborative delivery deployment, intelligent operation monitoring and management throughout the entire chain. Key technology research in service-oriented manufacturing will be included in the support range of major provincial science and technology projects as well as key industry chain technology research projects. Efforts will be made to strengthen the promotion and training of relevant standards and regulations in service-oriented manufacturing, and support enterprises, associations, and research institutions in participating in the revision of national and industry standards for service-oriented manufacturing.
