Thousand Bo (01028.HK) plans to invest 300 million yuan to acquire 90.91% equity of Shanghai Benyuan Intelligent Information Enterprise, a leading domestic artificial intelligence data service provider.

Zhito Financial News APP reported that Qianbaodu (01028.HK) announced that on June 5, 2026 (after trading hours), its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Qiandu intends to acquire approximately 83.33% of the issued share capital of Shanghai Benyuan Zhi Shu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. from Li Niyong, Wang Zhaoxi, Li Zhengshi, Shen Chao, and the original Zhimo at a total price of RMB 150 million; Shanghai Benyuan Zhi Shu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. intends to issue subscription rights to Shanghai Qiandu, equivalent to approximately 45.45% of the target company's total issued share capital after the subscription rights issue, at a total price of RMB 150 million.
