English Pharmaceuticals-B (07630): Oversubscribed Rights Issue Received Exercise of Subscription Rights

Wisdom Financial News APP, Yingpai Pharmaceuticals-B (07630) announced that the rights issue mentioned in the prospectus has been fully exercised by the joint lead managers (on behalf of themselves and the international underwriters) on June 5, 2026 (Friday), involving a total of 6.2964 million H shares, accounting for approximately 15% of the total number of new shares available for subscription under the global offering before the exercise of the rights issue. The H shares to be issued as a result of the exercise of the rights issue ("excess allotment shares") will be issued and allotted by the company at a price of HK$20.10 per H share. The excess allotment shares will be used to expedite the delivery of part of the H shares to participants who have agreed to a delay in the delivery of their allocated H shares under the global offering.
