Zhixin Financial APP News, Jinchang Bank (02558.HK) issued an announcement that the bank has recently received the "Reply from the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau on Wang Xiankui's qualifications as a director of Jinchang Bank Limited" (Jinjin[2026]70), accordingly, Mr. Wang's qualifications as a non-executive director have been approved by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau. Mr. Wang's term as non-executive director and member of the Board Nomination, Remuneration, and Human Resources Committee will take effect from June 1, 2026, until the expiration of the Seventh Board of Directors' term (three years from December 19, 2025).
