Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Cyberspace Administration, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Central Cyberspace Administration, organized a two-month special action in the province's cyberspace system to "clean up and optimize the business network environment and rectify malicious hype involving corporate information," focusing on cracking down on the chaos of malicious hype involving corporate infringement information and actively safeguarding the healthy development of enterprises. This special action targets four categories and 15 issues, including malicious hype involving corporate information, defamation of companies, seeking illegal profits, and infringing on the personal rights of entrepreneurs, aiming to strictly and quickly clean up and dispose of corporate infringement information and accounts, urge website platforms to fulfill their main responsibilities solidly, improve the management mechanism of corporate information content, enhance the disposal of corporate infringement information, and further optimize the business network environment.
