Tianyancha App shows that recently, Shanghai Zhirong New Energy No.2 Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd. was established, with the legal representative being Yu Zhanglong, registered capital of 100,000 RMB. Its business scope is to set up project companies in domestic bonded areas to carry out financing lease business as a financial leasing company. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Huarong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China CITIC Group.
